Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Right of withdrawal — 14 days

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the goods, without giving any reason (EU Directive 2011/83/EU).

How to exercise the right

1. Notify us within the period by a clear statement (email returns@topogeos.eu or use the model withdrawal form).
2. Return the goods within 14 days of your notice, in the condition received, with the original packaging and all accessories.
3. For electronic instruments: the product must not have been used beyond functional inspection.

Return costs

Return shipping is at the consumer's cost, unless the item is defective or wrong.

Refunds

We refund all amounts (including original shipping) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method.

Exceptions

• Custom-made or personalised products.
• Software once activated (the license/activation key becomes invalid).
• Sealed items unsealed and unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons.

2-year statutory warranty

Independently of the above right, every consumer benefits from a 2-year statutory conformity warranty (Directive 2019/771).
