2. Scope
These Terms govern the sale of surveying equipment and software through topogeos.eu to Greece, Cyprus and Bulgaria. We do not ship outside these countries.
3. Prices
- All prices in EUR, excluding VAT unless stated otherwise.
- VAT is added at checkout per shipping country (GR 24%, CY 19%, BG 20%).
- Prices are visible only to registered customers.
4. Order & contract
The online order is an offer to buy. The contract is concluded when we send the confirmation email. Right of cancellation before dispatch — contact us immediately.
5. Payment
Payment by card via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), SEPA bank transfer, or instalments (where offered). All transactions are SSL/TLS encrypted.
6. Delivery
- 2–7 business days within GR / CY / BG via insured courier.
- Shipping fees: GR €15, CY €35, BG €25 (free over €500 — configurable).
- Risk passes to the buyer on delivery.
7. Warranty
All goods carry a 2-year statutory conformity warranty (EU Directive 2019/771), plus any commercial warranty from the manufacturer.
8. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw without giving a reason within 14 calendar days of receipt — see Returns Policy.
9. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages beyond statutory limits.
10. Disputes
